COVID-19 Shipping Advisory


Please read our shipping advisory carefully before placing your order on our website.

 

This current COVID-19 situation is a time of uncertainty. Community quarantines and lockdowns have been implemented everywhere. Businesses are affected, especially the delivery/shipping services. Everyone’s health and safety should be our priority, and we must do our part to support initiatives to mitigate the spread of this virus.

So, kindly read our shipping guidelines as we adjust to this current situation:

  • Good news is that WE ARE STILL ABLE TO SHIP OUT MOST ORDERS.
  • We will only accept international orders at this moment. For domestic (Philippine) orders, kindly send us a direct message to check for delivery options for your location.
  • Temporarily, we only ship out orders once to twice a week since the community lockdown/checkpoints restricts shipping companies from reaching our location.
  • We disinfect the products and shipping supplies before packing and shipping them for your safety.
  • Normally, FedEx International Priority takes 2 to 7 business days, DHL International Postal takes 10 to 15 business days. Please expect substantial delays for all international postal shipments due to global border closures and restrictions in outgoing & incoming flights.
  • Shipping regulations of countries are constantly changing. There is a possibility of your order being put on hold should your country (or the countries your package will transit through) limit/restrict the incoming shipments.
  • As of the moment, DHL Postal services are not available for the following countries due to shipping restrictions. Only FedEx shipping option is available. All orders received from these countries with DHL Postal shipping will automatically be cancelled.
