Before you purchase anything from RueHigh, please be sure to carefully read through the terms and conditions. 


We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system you use. 

We will endeavor to reach all of our customers’ needs but as these are grown, please be aware that what is photographed might not always be available at the time. All items are always subject to availability. 

Prices on site are current at time of display and subject to variation without notice. Prices are stated in Philippine Peso.

We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.


Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. RueHigh reserves the right to cancel orders if the company suspects a fraudulent order.


We do not accept returns, but we allow exchanges for items with manufacturing defect.

Only items purchased through our website are qualified for exchange, and should be sent back to us within 15 days, starting from the date of your shipment’s receipt. No exchanges after 15 days from date of receipt. 

Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged. 

We do not accept exchanges for international orders. 

To qualify for exchange, the item/s must be in good and unused condition with its complete packaging. Items for exchange will be subject to quality check. It is the discretion of RueHigh to approve or reject requests for exchange. 

Please note that the shipping cost to mail the item for exchange will be paid by the customer. RueHigh will pay for the shipping costs to send the requested item back to the customer. 

For incorrect orders sent by RueHigh, the items must be shipped back to us within 15 days. RueHigh will reimburse the shipping cost to mail the incorrect item/s back to us. A copy of the official receipt must be sent to ruehigh@gmail.com.
